| Bud's Place is a lovely, fully-furnished two bedroom, one bath
cottage. It comfortably sleeps 5 (queen bed in master bedroom, bunk beds and one
twin in second bedroom). Pillows, blankets, bedspreads and mattress covers are
provided. Tenants must provide their own sheets and towels. The cottage is equipped
with cable TV, VCR/DVD, Internet access and local phone service (phone card or
cell needed for long distance). The fully-stocked kitchen has a gas stove, microwave,
refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and large table that comfortably seats six.
The sunny, enclosed porch has a table that seats four and a comfortable sitting
area to relax in the cool ocean breezes. The cottage is stocked with family games
for your enjoyment. The patio includes comfortable outdoor furniture, as well
as a picnic table and grill. The large yard, quiet neighborhood and dead-end street
make this a perfect family cottage. Two public beaches are accessible via a particularly
pleasant short hike (1/3 mile through woods and along a gravel road). For the
comfort of all our tenants, pets are not allowed.
The cottage is located in South Yarmouth which offers great restaurants, shops, local attractions, beaches, bike trails and fishing in the immediate area.
